Classifieds must be maximum 40 words.
Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are for Black & White printing.
- All Ad artwork must be properly sized. No changes will be made by C&R. Ads exceeding the allowable size will be returned.
- Ads must be either jpg, gif, or bmp, tif, or PDF format.
- All advertising must be paid in FULL and in advance or at the time of submission.
- Absolutely no advertiser refunds will be made on missing submission deadline dates!
- Advertising space is limited and Ads are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- C&R reserves the right to refuse Ads it deems inappropriate.

Preferred Placement Program
Without preferred placement, the Advertisement will be inserted as per the placement program. The program looks at past issues.
- If the previous Ad was in the back, it gets bumped toward the front.
- Like advertisers (i.e., realtors) will not be on either the same page, or facing pages.
- Coupons will NEVER have a coupon on its backside, such that a reader cutting out a coupon would destroy another advertiser's coupon. Coupons will not be backed with a like advertiser.
Preferred placement will be considered on the following criteria:
- A 6-issue Ad contract must be taken.
- A 20% premium will be charged.
- Preferred Placement is on first-come, first-served basis (please check availability).
- Preferred placement Advertisers will have the option to extend by taking out a further Ad Insertion contract within 15 calendar days of the next issue Ad deadline.
- Preferred Placement Ads will incur the full non-residential rate (no residential discount).
Online Advertising
For our Newsletter Advertisers we offer the option to purchase online advertising on the C&R Home page. Online Ad display period coincides with the Newsletter that the Advertiser appears in.
The Ad space is shared by all advertisers that take up this offer. Each Ad will display for approximately 5 seconds. The order the Ads are displayed will be based on the order in which the Advertising Insertion order and payment is received at our management office.
- Ad Format: All Ads must be in JPEG or GIF format
- Ad Size: Ad must be maximum 240 pixels wide by 100 pixels high
- Ad Link: You can add a link to your business website
- Ad Message: You can specify a message to appear in the status bar
The online Ad rate is $25 per issue month ($50 per issue). Discounts are available for Newsletter advertisers with full year subscriptions. Email advertising@courtsandridges.org for details.
