| Feb 2010 - Annual Meeting Postponed |
Due to the hazardous road conditions, the Courts and Ridges Annual Meeting scheduled for Monday Feb 8th has been POSTPONED until Monday, March 8th at 7 PM. The BOT will hold the regular monthly Board meeting on Tuesday, February 16th at 7 PM at the clubhouse. |
| Snow Removal Update |
A Board member contacted VDOT and received a recorded message that they would try to make one lane down each residential street no later than Tuesday night (Feb 9th). Detailed snow removal information can be found here. |
| Winter Trash Pickup |
During inclement weather, if ADS deem roads to be unsafe due to snow or ice collections will be cancelled and will resume on the next regular scheduled days. Please do not leave trash at the curb if this occurs. |
| New Recycling Carts |
Regarding the new Recycling carts being provided to Single Family Homes, ADS has said they are low on stock and are anticipating the delivery date to be Feb 22, 2010. American Disposal Services has a new Single Stream recycling program where more items are now accepted for recycling and can be commingled. | Jan 2010 - New HOA Fee Payment Info |
Effective January 1, 2010, HOA payments will be made to Community Association Banc. Read complete information and FAQs here. |
C&R Emails
Are you on the Courts & Ridges HOA membership email distribution list? You can be notified by email about the C&R Newsletter, important dates, event changes, snow removal updates and much more.
Join a Committee
The HOA needs volunteers for our HOA Committees. If you would like to join an HOA Committee please email the chairperson of the committee you are interested in.
Common Property Issues?
If you have any issues with Common Property, like grass not being cut, a tree is down or you think one needs to be cut, or drainage problems, please email the Open Space Committee.
'No Soliciting' Signs Available
For those of you who would like to deter door-to-door solicitors the Communications committee has created a PDF of notices that you can cut out and stick to the sidelites of your door. There are two options: one, which is designed to deter all solicitors, and another, which will permit our neighborhood kids to still come by for GS Cookies, etc.
